RESIDENCE ROOMS
Residencia Universitaria Cum Laude offers 61 single rooms, all specially adapted for students.
Ranging from 11 to 24 square meters, all rooms include spacious built-in wardrobes, a 90cm bed, private bathroom, drawers, nightstand, study desk, heating, safe, mini fridge, TV socket and Internet connection.
These are comfortable and very bright rooms since they are all exterior-facing, with aluminum windows for optimal thermal and acoustic insulation.
The residence provides a weekly room cleaning service, including a change of sheets and towels.
You are welcome to bring your own bedding and toiletries.

DINING ROOM
We offer a great dining service. We provide full board every day, including Sundays and holidays.
Dining hours are:
- Breakfast: 07:15 to 09:15 // Weekends and holidays: 09:30 to 10:30
- Lunch: 13:30 to 15:15 // Weekends and holidays: 14:00 to 15:00
- Dinner: 20:30 to 21:30
One of our priorities is to provide our students with a balanced, healthy, and complete diet.
Our chefs prepare two dishes daily, creating a carefully curated menu based on the Mediterranean diet, rich in nutrients and appealing in taste.
We take special care in our food service, backed by our experience in working with university students. We also accommodate students with celiac disease.
We always buy fresh, quality products — seasonal fruits, legumes, meats from Salamanca, fresh fish, and more.
We also offer a full breakfast buffet so you can start your day just the way you like it.

RESIDENCE HOURS
Our reception is open 24 hours.
The visiting schedule at the residence is open, although visits are not allowed between 21:00 and 10:00 to ensure other students’ rest.
Study rooms and common areas are also open 24 hours. In any case, all residents are expected to respect quiet hours and study times.
The TV room remains open until 00:00.

Residencia Cum Laude aims to offer comfortable student accommodation, so our residents can focus solely on their studies.

Internet
We’ve installed high-speed broadband Internet with 2 Gbps. You have wired connections in your room as well as Wi-Fi coverage throughout the residence.
Laundry
We offer a personalized laundry service. Please ask at the residence for details.

Reception desk is open 24 hours.
